Costumers of Color, Inc. is POC-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that benefits the public by awarding scholarships, creating educational events, and leading historical costuming trips for those who value truth, fairness, safety, and unity.
Our vision is for welcoming and safe multicultural spaces in historical costuming and public history. The community we are building benefits from the full inclusion of individuals with varied perspectives and experiences. Together we fight the erasure of communities of color from the historical record.
